Day 8-
Leaving Yellowstone (and the snow) behind, we descended into Central Wyoming. The morning brought spottings of 2 grizzly bears - one a sow with 2 cubs. |

The rugged red rock landscape seemed too Hollywood to be real as it built a stark skyline against the bright blue sky. |
We lunched on Buffalo burgers at the Irma hotel, the first hotel in Cody Wy. In the afternoon, we toured the Buffalo Bill Historical Center where the kids enjoyed trying out a western saddle and sitting in a teepee. |
